Cars and Crashes

Tired
I get exhausted so easily but at the same time I really am unfit. Today proved that when I felt like I was going to drop dead as I reached the top of a flight of stairs leading into the car park. I was so looking forward to reaching my car and having a hard earned rest when, guess what, I couldn’t find my car! Seriously, I couldn’t find it and ended up walking up and down all the levels of the multi-story carpark and ended up thinking perhaps it had been stolen. I was carrying an Argos catalogue and in the end it got so heavy I just put it on the floor and left it there – am sure someone else (near their car!) would find it useful. Anyway I ended up finding it, thank goodness. Phew!
Speaking of cars there was a nasty crash just around the corner from where I live. I just left for work yesterday and heard the crash and ended up driving in that direction. The people involved were ok other than shock, shame about the damage to the cars though. It was bound to happen. I was waiting for an accident to happen there, I just knew it was going to happen. It’s a crossroads and the paint on the road saying to ‘give way’ has been worn away and people just drive straight through and they don’t give way. In the past week I have had to brake sharpy, and at one time swerve, because vehicles just come out of nowhere. There was an accident waiting to happen and I’m going to get onto the council about it.
