Random Facts #1
Random facts about myself:
- I prefer dark chocolate to light chocolate
- I don’t like Christmas pudding
- I almost always wear odd socks
- Fizzy drinks give me a very sore throat so when I drink them I drink them slowly, few and far between.
- I’ve a birthmark between the thumb and first finger on my right hand.
- I’m lefthanded…
- … although I hold cutlery in a righthanded way…
- … and I can’t use those lefthanded scissors
- I cannot stand leaving the house without makeup*
- Have never tasted mushrooms and don’t intend to – the look of them puts me off!
- I sometimes sleep with a teddy bear
- Only last week did I start listening to music/the radio while driving – and I wasn’t distracted! Passed my driving test in September ‘07 and it took all this time to feel comfortable enough behind the wheel.
- I hate shoe shopping with a passion.
- Since starting work I haven’t been able to do a lot of Red Cross volunteering and I miss it.
- I am very cautious with my money and don’t splash out all that often. Only now and again, when I know I have the money to spend!
* Yesterday I was in a rush to get to work and when I got to work, looked in a mirror in the staffroom and to my horror – forgot to apply my makeup. OMG, I was horrified. I couldn’t go home, and had to stick with it all evening… Even if I just wore some mascara that would have been fine.

wow .. point number 13 .. that’s like a guy saying they hate football with a passion. I will never understand what it is about shoes that makes so many women feel happy.
