		<description>That&#039;s quite an open question, I think firstly it&#039;s important to get your own heart in the right place, and then hope and trust that the right people will give you the help you deserve. 
Not everyone is genuine, that&#039;s for sure, but it&#039;s good to give them the benefit of the doubt to start with, easier said than done. I guess once you&#039;ve known someone for a while it&#039;s then easier to tell if they care. If someone follows up words with some actions then they&#039;re more likely to be genuine. 
With regards to tolerating others, remember that no-one is going to feel like helping someone all the time and maybe it&#039;s when someone doesn&#039;t feel like helping and yet still does that makes them really care for someone.</description>
